1) HOW TO ENTER:  Registered members of PineCone Research are automatically entered into the prize drawing by completing and submitting online a survey containing the sweepstakes offer within the invitation to participate. Only registered members of PineCone Research are eligible to enter. If a member does not want to complete and submit a survey online, the member may enter the sweepstakes by mail. To do so print your name, address, city, state, ZIP or postal code and complete email address on a 3½" x 5" piece of paper, insert in an envelope and mail to PineCone Research, 50 W. Rivercenter Blvd, 6th floor, Covington, KY 41011, Attn: Karen Scott. Limit one entry per member per survey, regardless of method of entry. Limit one entry per outer postmarked envelope. No mechanical reproductions of entries allowed. No responsibility is assumed by Sponsor, and entrants waive all claims for lost, late, incomplete, mutilated, illegible, or misdirected or postage due surveys and mailed entries or for any problems of technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer equipment, software, failure of any email service or any combination thereof including without limitation any damage to entrant's or any other person's computer resulting from participation in this promotion. All surveys become the property of the Sponsor. Any attempt to damage the PineCone Research survey site or undermine the legitimate operations of the promotion is a violation of criminal and civil laws. Neither the Sponsor, nor its respective officers, directors, employees or agents are responsible for interrupted or unavailable network, server or other connections, miscommunications, failed telephone or computer hardware or software or telephone transmissions or technical failures, Internet Service Provider/network/website accessibility or availability, garbled or jumbled transmissions or other errors of any kind, whether human, mechanical or electronic; including without limitation the incomplete, incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry information. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual found tampering (or attempting to tamper) with the entry process, the website, or the Sweepstakes. Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage the website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes is in violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek remedies and damages from any such entrant to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution. In case of dispute as to identity of entrant, entry will be declared made by the authorized account subscriber of the email account, who must comply with these Sweepstakes Rules. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel/suspend/modify the Sweepstakes, if it becomes corrupted in any manner, or due to fraud or other occurrences beyond Sponsor's control it cannot be conducted as originally planned.

2) PRIZES:  One $500 cash prize for each bi-weekly drawing. All taxes on prizes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the winner. No substitution or transfer of prizes permitted.

3) BI-WEEKLY PRIZE DRAWING:  For the Bi-weekly drawing, there will be a separate drawing every two weeks during the sweepstakes period. Winner selected in random drawing from among entries received. Independent judges decisions are final on issues relating to this sweepstakes. Odds of winning are dependent upon the number of eligible entries received. Judging will take place at PineCone Research, Covington offices. Winners will be notified by email within 5 business days of the drawing date and prizes will be shipped within 4-6 weeks of notification. If sponsor is unable to contact potential winner by email, a written mail notification will be sent. If any prize notification or prize is returned as undeliverable, prize will be forfeited. By accepting a prize the winner agrees that Sponsor will not be held responsible for any damage, loss of property, accidents, injuries, or death that may occur in the receipt, awarding, use or possession of the prize.

4) GOVERNING LAW: By entering, entrants agree that all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, entrant's rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Kentucky without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules. By entering, entrants consent to the jurisdiction and venue of the federal, state and local courts located in Kenton County, Kentucky.

5) WINNERS LIST:  Prize winners will be posted on the PineCone Research website.
